Sam & Joe had an absolutely perfect wedding day last month and I am so excited to share it with you! We had such a beautiful day and these two were such a DREAM to work with!!
I started my day off by meeting Sam & her girls as they were getting ready. They all had the cutest matching robes & slippers and we spent the morning laughing and listening to music as they finished up with hair & makeup. After Sam got into her dress, she had the absolute sweetest first look with her dad!
After everyone was ready, we headed to Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Erlanger to meet up with Joe and his groomsmen. Before starting photos with the bridal party, Sam & Joe shared the sweetest first touch & first look moments. After that, we took a few couples portraits of the two of them together before bringing out the rest of their bridal party and families for all of their formal photos!
Once we were done taking photos, we headed inside for the ceremony! Sam & Joe’s ceremony was so sweet and sentimental and I loved how Father incorporated more of their story into his homily. After the ceremony was over, we took a few more photos of Sam & Joe together in the empty church and I think these portraits turned out to be some of my favorite photos from the entire day!
After the ceremony, it was time for the reception! I absolutely love photographing weddings at Receptions Event Centers in Erlanger. Not only is their space beautiful, but their staff is incredible! Once the bridal party made their entrance, Joe gave a little welcome speech & said a prayer before we had a delicious dinner. After dinner, we listened to the sweetest speeches before Sam & Joe cut their cake & shared their first dance together as husband and wife. Afterwards, Sam & her dad danced together (with a super fun coordinated dance!) followed by Joe & his mom. After the bouquet was tossed, the dance floor opened and the party began! This was such a fun ending to an incredible day and I’m so thankful Sam & Joe trusted me to capture it for them! These two are so beyond perfect together and I’m so thrilled that they’re finally married!!
