I am SWOONING over all of these December 2019 graduation sessions I've had lately. Earlier this week, I met up with Lizzie to document her upcoming graduation from Mount St. Joseph University. It was so nice to be back at The Mount for her session and explore areas of campus that I hadn't seen before. When she first reached out to set this up, Lizzie asked how I felt about her bringing her two pups along to get a few shots with them as well. Now that I've adopted my puppy Finn, I am absolutely, 100% a dog person and was SO excited that she wanted to include them in her session.
Butch & Bear were so full of energy and you could just tell that they LOVED being on campus and exploring, too. One of the biggest reasons Lizzie wanted to include them in her graduation photos was because she took Butch through obedience school when he was a puppy and was able to take photos with him in his own cap and gown and wanted him there for her photos as well! You could just tell by the way Butch looked at Lizzie that he absolutely adored her and she was completely his person. So, so precious.
Lizzie invited her boyfriend & one of her friends along to hang out with the dogs while we went into the football stadium to take a few photos. Lizzie is on the MSJ dance team and thought the football field would make a great location for a few unique photos. There was a practice being held on the field, but we were able to go up in the stands and I think these are some of my favorite photos from the night! I love how unique they are and think they really capture a special part of MSJ's campus :)
Lizzie, thank you so much for having me come out and capture such special moments with you and your pups and for trusting me to document such an exciting time in your life! I'm so excited for you to see the rest of the photos in your gallery and congratulations again on graduation!!
