Dodie and Gabe’s wedding day last month was absolutely incredible. It was such an honor to capture this special day for them and I am so excited to share a few of my favorite photos from their wedding day with you!
I started my morning off by meeting Dodie & her bridesmaids as they finished getting ready. They were able to get ready right across the street from the church so it was nice to just walk over before the ceremony started!
Dodie & Gabe had a beautiful Catholic ceremony at Holy Cross Parish and this church was absolutely stunning. Since Gabe and Dodie did not want to have a first look, they waited to see one another for the first time while they were at opposite ends of the aisle. Both of their reactions were absolutely precious and it was so special to be able to watch as they would steal glances at one another & smile together during their ceremony. We did take a few family photos in the church after the ceremony, but those are for Dodie & Gabe to share with you!
After the ceremony, we headed to Tower Park in Fort Thomas for portraits of Dodie & Gabe and their bridal party. I love how all of the colors Dodie & Gabe chose came together and I love that Gabe’s mom made all of the floral arrangements, they were SO stunning!
After finishing up with portraits, it was time for the reception! Dodie & Gabe decided to have some fun with their seating chart and add photos of each of them at the age of the table number. It was such a sweet detail and looking through all the different tables was like watching them both grow up! After dinner, Dodie & Gabe cut their cake, danced with their parents, and opened up the dance floor! This party was so much fun and it was awesome to be able to capture everyone on the dance floor. This entire day was beyond perfect and I’m so thankful that Dodie & Gabe trusted me enough to document it for them!
